1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The product is expired

  • You received an incomplete order

Note:
Due to the nature of natural/consumable products, we do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or damaged due to customer handling.


2. Return Time Frame

You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
After 3 days, we cannot accept return or refund requests.


3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be sent via bank transfer, bKash, or Nagad


5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items purchased on clearance or special discount

  • Wrong purchase made by the customer


6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only if the product received is damaged, defective, or wrong.
Exchange requests must follow the same process as returns.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.

  • If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
